I was previously a travel reporter at The New York Times and a member of the 2025-26 Times Fellowship class, a program for journalists early in their careers. Before that, I reported on public health and climate change at Bloomberg Law and The San Francisco Chronicle. My freelance work has appeared in outlets including The Times, National Geographic, Smithsonian Magazine, Sierra Magazine and Inside Climate News.
